Quality Shipping

We buy surplus equipment from many sources. We understand what this industry calls "standard." Shipping multiple network modules in a single static bag, put in a Priority Mail box with peanuts is not acceptable to us or to our customers. We believe the shipping to be as important as testing: it doesn't help to have a great product leave our facility only to arrive unusable by you when time is of the utmost importance.

We take pride in doing everything possible to insure a successful shipment of your equipment to your location. All equipment is packaged according to accepted commercial standards. All chassis are shipped riding on anti-static foam and are palletized if needed.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx or other carriers as specified by you. We do not mark up shipping costs, nor do we charge any handling fees. Of course we can ship on your account as well, which picks up in Koblenz, Germany. If you like us to ship on our account we could offer you FedEx or DHL (former German national postal service).

DHL worldwide (former national postal service)

The DHL standard service offers very low rates for world wide shipping, but it is not trackable, just certified and the estimated time of delivery is 4-12 days inside Europe and 7-20 days outside Europe. You can find the detailed information (in English) here: DHL rates. So if the delivery of your equipment is not time critical, we are able to offer your very comfortable rates.
